Fell in LOVE with this place. We happened on this after accidentally not booking a hotel- and we will go back. We didn't have enough time to explore Arrow Rock. This "barn" is immaculate, adorable, and very comfortable. Not one speck of any dirt- I felt 100% comfortable walking barefoot. The bed is extremely comfortable, home is well stocked, we didn't use the dog kennel- but what an amazing feature! I would recommend this 11/10- I hated to leave.

The Latch House is a lovely, beautiful and comfortable place to stay. We look forward to returning. The owners are wonderful, and the love they put into their property is apparent. We had a great stay in arrow rock while catching a musical at the town theater. We enjoyed walking around the quaint town and state park. The Latch House Barn had a great king bed, great linens, and a fully stocked kitchen. We brought our dogs and enjoyed using the fenced in backyard between the barn house and latch house.

The Latch House was probably the most charming, yet modern home we have stayed in yet. Easily accommodated the four of us and we enjoyed the interesting blend of an historical structure with modern decor and amenities. It's a very cool home.
